The spread is enormous
A 2-room flat ranges from 1 765 zł in Janów-Nikiszowiec (Katowice) to 5 139 zł in Śródmieście (Warsaw) — the priciest district costs 191% more than the cheapest. Warsaw leads the country, sitting +80% above the national median.
Even within one city, location is everything
The widest gap is in Katowice, where Osiedle Paderewskiego (3 450 zł) runs 95% more than Janów-Nikiszowiec (1 765 zł) — the same city, the same flat size, a very different rent.
